Instructions:

To check food temperature, insert thermometer into thickest part of the meat 1.9 cm (3/4-in) past the centre, not in contact with the bone, fat, or gristle, and wait for the temperature to stabilize.

If additional cooking time is needed, remove the thermometer and return food to oven.

Wash in warm soapy water. Not dishwasher safe.

Do not submerge in water.

Caution: Thermometer has functional sharp point, please handle with care.
