Theragun

Theragun is a handheld percussive massage device created by the company Therabody. Designed to deliver a repetitive pulse of concentrated force to your sore muscles, Theragun targets sore muscles better than a foam roller and will reduce pain from workouts and increase your body’s range of motion. Depending on how intense your massage needs, there are four different types of Theragun you can choose from.

Theragun Mini

The Theragun Mini is Therabody’s entry level percussive massage device. It’s small enough to fit in your pocket and weighs less than 2lbs, but the brushless QuietForce motor can dig deep into muscles with 20lbs of force. The wireless design allows you to use the Theragun Mini for up to 150 minutes before you need to recharge. There are three speeds on the Theragun Mini; 1750ppm, 2100ppm, and 2400bpm.

Theragun Prime

When you want a percussive massage device that can really dig into sore muscles, the Theragun Prime is a great choice. It has 16mm amplitude and 30lb of force to target the areas you need it most. It has five speed options that are customizable via the Therabody app. You can choose the best speed for your muscles, and the 120 minutes of battery life will ensure every knot is taken care of.

Theragun Elite

Theragun Elite is a smart percussive massage device. It pairs with the Therabody app via Bluetooth to deliver a therapy program based on your activity data. While it has the same QuietForce brushless motor as the Theragun Mini and Theragun Pro, the Theragun Elite uses 40lb. of no-stall force to give relief to your sore muscles. It puts power at your fingertips with a customizable speed range of 1750PPM to 2400 PPM. The OLED screen makes it easy to view your selection, and you can charge wirelessly for up to 120 minutes of use per charge.

Theragun Pro

The Theragun Pro targets your deepest muscle kinks and sore spots. Pair your smartphone with the Therabody app and use Bluetooth to choose one of three preset massage programs or create your own customized program based on your activity data. Theragun Pro has a rotating arm to relieve tension, customizable speed range of 1750PPM to 2400 PPM, and delivers 60lbs. of no-stall force to ease painful areas on your body. The OLED screen gives you a clear view of your speed and battery life, and the Pro has a wireless charging option and 2 swappable lithium-ion batteries with 150 minutes of operation time each.
