Power and prestige with the Galaxy Note 10+

The Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+ are the most powerful smartphones Samsung has made, and they are both equipped with components and features that put them in elite company. That includes a vibrant screen, new Samsung DeX support for Windows PC and Apple Mac computers and Super Fast Charging.

A 6.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED on the Galaxy Note10+maintains the crisp and vivid colour and contrast Samsung has been known for, only with less blue light beaming out to your eyes.

The Cinematic Infinity Display is almost free of bezels, literally pushing the boundaries on how big a screen can get relative to phone size. The front-facing 13-megapixel camera keeps a low profile within the large display, staying out of the way until you need it to look at you.

The Dynamic AMOLED displays in the Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+ have HDR10+ certification and Dynamic Tone Mapping. Everything is brighter on these smartphones when compared to the versions that came before it.

Extras found on the Galaxy Note10 Plus

The Galaxy Note 10+ offers a little more than just a larger screen. Starting at 256GB of storage, there is also a 512GB as an option. If that’s still not enough for you, slot in a microSD memory card to expand it up to another 2TB.

You get 12GB of RAM to handle all the multitasking needs you have whenever you take on more than one task. Keep going for longer with the 4,300mAh battery, which is bigger than the 3,400mAh battery in the Galaxy Note 10.

The Galaxy Note 10+ has an extra lens—a fourth lens—called DepthVision that produces better background blur for photos and video. Shoot in Live Focus mode or Live Focus Video and adjust how much of a blur effect you want, even after you already captured it.

Both the Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+ come with 25W wall chargers out of the box, but the Note 10+ can also handle Samsung’s 45W charger—it can charge the phone in just 30 minutes.

Sticking out with the S Pen for your Note10 Plus

You can do more than just write your own notes on the Note 10 or Note 10+. Wielding the S Pen lets you take control away from the phone, putting you in charge of when and how you take the right photo, courtesy of Air Actions. With the Air Actions SDK available to developers, more apps could take advantage of the S Pen’s new features.

Use gestures to switch lenses or modes to shoot in. Rotate the pen in the air to zoom in or zoom out. Toggle between the front or rear camera to capture an amazing selfie or the beautiful scene in front of you. The S Pen is the best way to take any photo or video you need without having to touch the phone with your own hands.

Those gestures extend to apps like YouTube, where you can browse, play or pause a video with simple moves. That’s on top of the improved writing or drawing mechanics on the Note 10’s large display. Jot down notes and convert them to text, even with full integration into a Microsoft Word document or other format.

The S Pen also comes with a much better battery inside, keeping it working for hours before needing a recharge. Leave it in the slot and it’s back to full in minutes.

Video coming alive

The S Pen and Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+ camera combine for more than just control from afar. AR Doodle is a new feature that lets you draw whatever you like and have it interact with a person live. You can capture video of a friend or family member with funny doodles you’ve drawn on or around them, and watch those sticky animations stay latched on no matter what they do. Add lettering, stickers and other creative pieces you come up with to turn selfies into dynamic photos or videos.

Samsung introduced pro-grade video tools to help edit clips in new ways. Live Focus Video brings in the same bokeh effects from still photos in past Note devices. Add depth of field by blurring the background to keep the subject in focus. You can also reduce shaky videos by using the new Super Steady mode to maintain a smooth focus when shooting a moving subject. Zoom-In Mic hones in and amplifies sound when zooming in on anything while recording video.

Edit photos and videos with precision using the S Pen. Fix blemishes or reimagine colours with the right tools. Trimming down clips is now easier than ever, and the pen also works with third-party apps, like Adobe Premiere Rush.
