The new Galaxy Tab S9 tablets have new screens

Plus, you won’t have to fret too much near the pool or tub thanks to the IP68 water resistance for all three models, letting you catch up on a show or take care of business while lounging in the water. If you happen to be at the beach or by the pool, new Vision Booster technology will adapt to brighter conditions and adjust colours to ensure they stay vivid.

The S Pen is ready to write when you are

Each of the three Galaxy Tab S9 tablets come bundled with the S Pen, giving you a stylus to write with on the vibrant displays. With the fast response time, it’s easier to feel the accuracy of anything you jot down, and when you’re done, just snap it in place into the integrated groove on the back of the tablet to charge wirelessly until you need it again. It comes with its own IP68 protection to stay safe and operational even after it gets wet.

With various apps and creative solutions available on Android, it’s truly possible to get creative and make things happen with the Galaxy Tab S9 lineup. You can take all that even further with the new S Pen Creator Edition (sold separately), a specialized stylus for the Tab S9 series featuring a textured grip and wider tilt angle. It’s also modular, supporting two types of pen-tips—a hard type for natural drawing and a soft type to emulate the feel of writing on paper. It isn’t as ruggedized with its IPX4 protection, but is still built to last for road warriors who need something robust at their fingertips.

Power and precision to get things done with the Tab S9

All three Galaxy Tab S9 tablets share similar specs across the board, starting with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor powering all the features and performance these devices are capable of. The 11-inch Tab S9 comes with 8GB of RAM, whereas you can go up to 12GB with the other two, even hitting 16GB with the Tab S9 Ultra. Storage options begin at 128GB for the smallest of the three, though you can raise that to 256GB, much like you could with the Tab S9+ and Tab S9 Ultra unless you go even higher to 512GB. All three give you the option to expand their storage via the microSD card slot in case you need even more.

It’s also easier to get around with the apps you have installed by finding them in the improved multitasking bar showing what you’ve used most recently. Use widgets in Pop-Up View to move key apps around like open windows, adding another way to multitask beyond the excellent Multi Window split-screen setups the Galaxy Tab series is known for. For a PC experience, connect to a monitor or computer and launch DeX mode to work with a desktop-friendly interface.

Quick Share makes it super easy to pair with a Galaxy smartphone to transfer and share large files, including photos and video. Each tablet in the series also has dual rear cameras and front cameras for video calls anywhere from anywhere with a fast Internet connection, keeping you in touch with whomever is important to you.
