Health continues to be a significant focus for the Samsung’s wearables, and that includes newer features like the Continuous Irregular Heart Rhythm Notification (IHRN). This unique tool, which exclusively works with Samsung Galaxy smartphones, utilizes the Samsung Health Monitor and ECG Monitor apps to point out when an irregular heart rhythm shows potential signs for atrial fibrillation (AFib). While not a substitute for a medical device, it could prove invaluable as a warning when something is off.

Who is the Galaxy Watch6 Classic for?

The Galaxy Watch6 Classic was built for activity and leisure all at once. Running Google’s Wear OS, yet still retaining Samsung’s own visual flair, this watch functions with a great deal of synergy between the hardware and the software. You don’t need to have a Samsung smartphone to use the Galaxy Watch6 Classic, but if you do, certain features and integrations will be there that aren’t otherwise available to other Android phones.
