Connect this blade to a Bamix immersion blender to accomplish a variety of food preparation tasks. Use the multi-purpose blade to mince, chop, and puree raw and cooked vegetables, fresh fruit, cooked meat, and frozen fruit for ice cream and sorbet. The high-quality blade can also be used to strain soups and sauces, puree baby food direct in the pan on the stove (no pouring from one container to another or extra washing-up required), mix doughs for cakes, pastries, and omelettes, to liquidize fruit and berries for desserts and jams, and even to crush ice cubes for cold drinks and cocktails.
