You should not feel much resistance. If you feel there is a lot of resistance, the wheelchair may not be in free wheel mode or the weight on the wheelchair may be more than recommended.

There is a red latch on each rear tire. If you hear a beeping sound you need to pull those latches up. After turning the wheelchair off and back on again the sound should be gone. If it still doesn’t work you can always contact us.
