The Oven is made of durable powder coated steel and has a double-walled oven, fire blanket insulation and thick 12mm cordierite baking stone floor for ideal heat retention. An easy load fire box allows you to bake using your favorite wood chunks, wood chips, pellets, charcoal briquettes or lump charcoal.

Lighting the oven is simple thanks to a high-flow downdraft system, designed to circulate air and quickly reach cooking temperatures up to 900 degrees Fahrenheit. The oven door features a small peephole to check on foods as they cook, without letting heat out. The oven also has a built-in thermometer to keep and eye on cooking temperatures, as well as a removable chimney for portability. Start baking out of the box with the included Peel. Fully adjustable heat allows for cooking several styles of pizza including artisan, premade and frozen pizzas.
