  • Convert your existing full-sized/micro SIM to either micro or nano format
  • By resizing your SIM, you can upgrade your handheld device even if your carrier doesn't carry the appropriate micro or nano SIM card, or you don't want to purchase a new SIM card

How to Prepare for Your In-store Service:

  • Bring the device that requires service
  • If the device is a computer (desktop or laptop, PC or Mac), please bring along any system discs and required accessories like power adapters, specialty cables, and batteries.
