•Apple Home and Home Key Support: The U50 is a smart door lock that works with Apple Home. You can unlock it just by tapping your iPhone or Apple Watch, even if the devices are out of battery! You can also share access with your friends and family through Apple Home. If you have a special Aqara hub, it supports a feature called Matter.

• Remote Passwords and Unlocking: The U50 lets you unlock your door in different ways. You can use a keypad, set passwords through the Aqara Home app (but you need a special hub for that), and create temporary passwords for guests. Just a heads up, the NFC card is sold separately.

• Automations with Aqara and Other Devices: If you have an Aqara Zigbee hub, you can connect the U50 with other smart devices like Google Home, Alexa, and IFTTT. This means you can set up cool automations. For example, if someone rings the Aqara Video Doorbell, you can see who is at your door and unlock the U50 easily.

• Auto Lock & Do Not Disturb Mode: The U50 can automatically lock the door after you close it, thanks to its built-in sensor. If you don’t want it to lock automatically, you can turn that feature off. There’s also a Do Not Disturb mode that mutes the lock sounds so you don’t wake anyone up if you come home late.

•Durable and Secure Lock with Long Battery Life: The U50 runs on 4 AA batteries, which last for about 6 months. If the batteries run low, there’s a USB-C port for emergency charging. The lock is made of strong zinc alloy and can handle extreme temperatures from -31°F to 150.8°F. Plus, your information is kept safe and encrypted!
