C’est au studio Mixart que l'album a pris forme, enregistré sur bandes analogiques et mixé par Warren C. Spicer (Plants and Animals) et réalisé par Joe Grass (Patrick Watson). Laurence nous présente la version vinyle de À présent le passé, sous l’étiquette Simone Records.The title of Laurenc Helie’ second album « À présent, le passé » (Now the past) offers a perfect overview of the timeless musical universe that she proposes,outlined by ten pop songs rooted in the present, with folk textures, Americana and Blues borrowed from the past. This album was recorded on analog tape and mixed by Warren C. Spicer (Plants and Animals) at the Mixart studio, and produced by Joe Grass (Patrick Watson).
