[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased this item to work with my windows pc and the keyboard and mouse don't even function when it's turned on. The batteries were changed twice, I even switched the usb port to make sure it wasn't a connectivity issue. Still it didn't work. Really need this to fix a major computer issue and now instead have to make a mad dash back to return this thing. Sadly, the previous logitech wireless mouse purchased years ago was still working better than this keyboard and mouse atrocity. Hopefully, this was just a defect one time product. Really disappointed and upset.

The keyboard works nice and the included mouse works precisely as it should. If you are looking for something for gaming, you might want to get something more extra. For those who demand a simplistic, wireless input for use at home and office, the Logitech MK270 Combo is an excellent choice. The actual typing feeling and response is good. The keys are well-spaced, so you can type for long without hurting your fingers. Both keyboard and mouse are powered by batteries so you can work for months without the trouble of replacing batteries. The computer directly identifies both devices using the Unifying receiver without any software installation and enables you to complete basic typing tasks with good wireless connectivity.

It is less cumbersome to have a light keyboard on my lap instead of a heavier and "hot" laptop, and I find it much easier to use a mouse instead of dragging my finger around a touchpad. Before I bought this, I had a wireless keyboard and a wireless mouse, but both were separate and had their own USB plug. This 2 in one product frees up a USB port and I like that. The keys are very close together (tight) where my last keyboard had spaces between the keys. That is not enough to complain about as I am getting used to it. I find that the batteries usually work a long time in products like these, so I do not ever turn them off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The keyboard itself is great and mouse is great , it’s battery operated which means when it dies you will have to replace batteries. BUT , if you have a MAC THAT USES A C PORT and you don’t want to buy a dongle adapter on top of a keyboard DONT PURCHASE. It has a USB that must plugs into a USB port in order to function and pair with your device. My Mac had a c port and could not use it for a week until my adapter that I purchased came in. THE ADAPTER WAS PURCHASED SEPERATE.
