This three-section unit spans 72.5" in width and offers a generous 17.6 cu. ft. capacity, accommodating up to 20 1/6 GN (Gastronorm) pans for extensive ingredient storage.

The prep table is equipped with three adjustable heavy-duty shelves and two insulated lids, providing flexible storage options and helping to maintain optimal temperatures. A cutting board is included for convenient food preparation. The unit features three solid hinged doors with a self-closing mechanism and stay-open feature for easy access and energy efficiency. It also comes equipped with six swivel casters.

Built for durability, the NPT-072-SA features a stainless steel interior and exterior for long-lasting performance and easy cleaning in busy kitchens.
