The Galaxy Buds2 Pro Right Ear Replacement (SM-R510) will come in like new condition, with no wear or tear visible. If you have any issues pairing your device, feel free to send us a message! Serial numbers are recorded before shipment for easier processing.

Pairing Instructions:

Place both earbuds inside the charging case, connected to power(wall outlet) for 2 full hours. Delete your existing Bluetooth listings in your Bluetooth settings.

Install the Samsung Galaxy wearable app, and update it to the latest version.

Open the lid of the case, and set the buds into pairing mode(press and hold each bud with 1 finger until flashing, and select "Connect" in your phone.

In the wearable app, scroll down and select Earbud Settings, then select Earbuds Software Update, and then select Download and Install.

Once updated, your earbuds should be synced together. If they are still not coupled, remove all Bluetooth devices paired in your settings, and repeat the steps.

Shipping Details:

•Your order will be shipped out within 1 business day. However, you may not see any tracking updates until the 5th business day.

•The first part of the delivery is from our California, US warehouse to Purolator’s fulfillment center in Compton, CA. From here, it is forwarded into Canada.

• Once the shipment enters Canada, the tracking number will have information that you can readily check for updates and estimates.

Our general shipping delivery time after placing your order is 6-13 days. We package and fulfill all orders placed before 2pm PST Monday through Friday same day.
