The blade is made of 440A high carbon stainless steel, which gives this knife high hardness (54-55 HRC Rockwell hardness) and exceptional wear resistance. The serrations beautifully represent the summit of the 7 mountains while offering a very sharp edge that will easily slice your breads, steaks, tomatoes and more.

The North American walnut handle is triple riveted and offers a comfortable and secure grip. The butt of the handle features a precisely engraved maple leaf.
