With its adjustable attachments, the PRISP Multifunction Adjustable Power Cage can be used as a squat rack, dip station, pull-up/chin-up station & barbell rack. The height of the attachments can be adjusted using the 17 adjustment holes on each post. The item can also be combined with a weight bench (not included) to create a spotter rack or with resistance bands (not included).

Originally designed as a squat rack for solo use, the power cage has evolved into the most versatile accessory for any home gym.
