Add white vinegar to boiling water and boiling for 20 minutes before first use. Add thin layer of oil to seaon it.

Cooking Tips:

For best non-stick effects, add cooking oil to wok and use medium-high heat. Add cooking oik again when fume appears.

It is normal to see wok layer turns dark grey, as it is caused by protein. Add white vinegar to wok and let it stands for 30 mins. Gently wipes and drains it to return to regular colour.
