I opened the box excited to use it. Low and behold this is whats missing; Multifunctional Bracket Safety Key Power Cord Instruction Contacted best buy and the seller everyone is pointing fingers at each other. So I'm guessing the item is used or why else would everything be missing. I'm super disappointed you make a big purchase and expect the companies to at least have your back by making sure the package is right. Now with lockdowns and everything else I cannot even fathom trying to return this heavy machine. I asked for them to send me whats missing lets see if they do that. I guess the only running I'll be doing is between emails and phone calls with bestbuy. I'll update if there is one

Its a good treadmill. The speakers work fine and are actually quite loud. The LED touchscreen is nice. Its lightweight-ish and easy to transport. However, there isn’t a cup holder and the running belt is not wide as mentioned in the description - but that said, if you aren’t an advanced runner and will be doing walking and jogging intervals, then the belt should be fine. There also isn’t an incline but the treadmill is in a “natural inclined shape” its not flat. Not bad for the price!

So first it arrived and multiple fuses and cables were not connected inside, I had to dis-assemble it’s shell and attempt to figure out what was wrong and connect circuits and stuff I should never have had to do. Finally after dealing with the manufacturers customer service I got the unit working only for the timer to stop sensing movement and steps 3 months later so it doesn’t time me or count my steps properly, I oil as instructed and yet the speed is never consistent when I pretty much always run at the same speed. I’m guessing it’s a matter of time till this has to be replaced and becomes a paper weight. Not worth the savings, invest in a well reviewed brand.

Turned the treadmill on and the steps, timer, distance, & calories functions do not work... Nothing in the manual for troubleshooting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is small so it doesnt take up space lile the big bulky expensive ones. Youre literally getting what you paid for here. I will say if you're a man with wide shoulder and use a smart watch you will hit your watch from time to time. I love the app with the bluetooth so that i can listen to my tunes❤️, hige plus. The material this is made from is not the strongest but it holds up good for the price and does exactly what you need. Walking daily has brought down my blood pressure so i cant be more happy with this purchase. I don't lile commercial gyms because they're too packed too many germs and pervs is i may be blunt. Everything on this treadmill works exactly as advertised so if youre like me you'll lool at reviews before you make purchases and i found exactly what i needed for my health and family's health. I can no longer scroll back up to edit but the speakers get decently loud and assembly was a breezea

How do you pair the blue tooth? I've searched all over the web, looked at the instruction manual and no mention of how to pair. if it comes with blue tooth as advertised, you really should inform customers (who spend A LOT of money) how to utilize all its functions. It states there is an App you have to download, but doesn't list the app name. this function is useless! I am not happy!

Speed is not what it says, (faster than what it reads). Heart rate keeps going higher and higher to the point that I should have exploded. Time is sporadic, starts and stops for no apparent reason. Distance is questionable at best. Not impressed.

The treadmill goes at the speed it wants to go. I walk at a speed of 2.6 and, without touching anything, the treadmill will speed up to anywhere between 3.5 to 5.8! I'm disabled, I can't move that fast! I have to hurriedly press the reduce speed button to go back to a comfortable pace, and for a few minutes it will let me. Then the speed randomly goes up again on its own. I think this is dangerous. I have found no solution to this problem.
