What’s Included

• Unboxing your new TV
• Mounting the TV at your preferred location using the manufacturer’s recommended height and tilt settings
• Connecting the TV to your wireless network
• Personalizing and configuring your favourite apps, such as Netflix, Disney+ or Prime Video
• Connection of up to three (3) devices, such as a gaming console, cable box, streaming device or Blu-ray player
• Demonstration of how to use your new TV
• Wire management for a tidy look (does not include wire concealment)

What’s Not Included

• Mounting hardware (must be purchased separately)
• Installation on brick, masonry or tile surfaces. This may require additional equipment and charges. Please contact Geek Squad in advance if this applies to your intended installation location
• Outdoor installations or commercial installations, including installations intended for commercial signage
• Recycling or relocation of an existing TV

How To Prepare

• Make sure you have purchased a new wall mount that is compatible with the size and weight of your TV
• Ensure the Geek Squad Agent(s) have a safe and clear space to work when they arrive at your home
• If you are already in possession of the TV (such as a case where it was delivery prior to the arrival of Geek Squad), ensure it is immediately adjacent to the installation location
• Make sure you have your wireless network password ready before the Geek Squad Agent(s) arrive as they will need it when setting up your TV
• Remove any obstacles around the mounting area in your home
