Apple MacBooks: Sleek, Stylish Productivity
Apple’s MacBook lineup consists of two models: the MacBook Air and MacBook Pro. Whether you need a high powered, professional notebook like the MacBook Pro 15 inch, or something light and affordable like the new MacBook Air, there’s an Apple laptop that’s right for you.
Apple MacBook Air
In June 2023, Apple updated the MacBook Air, upgrading its internal components to the Apple M2 chip with up to 24GB of memory, and up to 2TB of SSD storage. The screen features a gorgeous 15.3" Retina display, the largest to date for a MacBook Air, yet still maintains the same lightweight design at just 3.3 lbs. and slim form factor at 9.35 inches. At the top, right corner of the keyboard, you'll find a Touch ID sensor for using your fingerprint to unlock the laptop or make purchases through Apple Pay.
Enjoy up to 18 hours of battery life with MagSafe charging, a quiet and cool fanless design, and ultra-fast processing. The new model is up to 1.4 times faster than the MacBook Air M1 and up to 12 times faster than the Intel-based MacBook Air, providing the ultimate in both portability and performance.
MacBook Pro
The Apple MacBook Pro remains at the top of Apple’s laptop lineup: the ideal thin, lightweight laptop for professionals, available in 13-, 14-, and 16-inch sizes. The renowned, high resolution MacBook Pro Retina display is offered across the line-up, the Liquid Retina XDR display for the 16-inch model. It’s razor sharp and bright, with a high contrast ratio and a wide P3 colour range.
Also offered on all MacBook Pros are multiple high-speed Thunderbolt 4-compatible USB-C ports, PCIe SSD storage, a super-sized Force Touch trackpad and up to 20 hours battery life, depending on the model.
Apple has upgraded to its M2 Pro and M2 Max chips, offering up to 12-core CPU, 38-core GPU, 96GB unified memory, and 8TB storage. The innovative Touch ID feature remains as a standard feature on the 16-inch model, the Touch Bar and Touch ID on the 13-inch.
