What’s Included

  • A Geek Squad Agent will perform the connection and setup of a home theatre audio system, such as a home theatre in a box (HTIB) or a discrete audio receiver and speaker system
  • Our Agent will connect all applicable input sources, such as a television, gaming console, Blu-ray player, or satellite/cable box
  • We will neatly manage the cables for the best possible visual experience
  • The Geek Squad Agent will provide a thorough tutorial to ensure you are familiar with how to maximize the usage and experience with your newly configured home theatre audio system

What’s Not Included

This Geek Squad service excludes:
  • installation of in-wall or wireless speakers.
  • configuration of multi-zone audio systems or outdoor audio systems.
  • cable concealment in conduit or cable channels.
  • installation of wireless speaker kits.
  • speaker or receiver mounting.

How To Prepare

  • Ensure the television and all sources that the home theatre system will be connected to are accessible for the Geek Squad Agent that will attend your home. The Geek Squad Agent will need access to a power outlet for the receiver and subwoofer and will need access to the outputs on the back of the television and any sources you intend to use.
