Ethical Sourcing.
In accordance with Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act (S.C. 2023, c.9)(Supply Chains Act), Best Buy Canada has created the following report that outlines the steps we take to prevent and reduce the risk that forced labour or child labour is used in the production of goods that we import into Canada.

In accordance with the Pay Transparency Act (B.C. 2023), Best Buy Canada has created the following report that provides insights into the gender pay gap within our organization. This report highlights the differences in average and median earnings between men, women, and non-binary individuals across our workforce in British Columbia.
