In celebration of the 70th anniversary of the iconic Stratocaster, Fender Custom Shop proudly presents the Limited Edition Roasted â54 Stratocaster Journeyman Relic. Boasting a resonant two-piece select ash body with a Journeyman Relic lacquer finish, this guitar emanates singing highs, sweet midrange, and tight lows. The one-piece roasted quartersawn maple neck features a special 70th-anniversary Soft âVâ profile, inspired by a remarkable Strat neck from July 1954, complemented by a 9.5â-radius fingerboard with 21 narrow tall frets and a 1.625â bone nut. Equipped with three Custom Shop hand-wound â54 Strat pickups and vintage '54 Strat wiring, this guitar delivers the classic Strat voice with clear, bell-like highs and versatile tonal options. Premium appointments include an eight-hole gold anodized pickguard, 1954-style ABS white pickup covers and control knobs, Custom Shop vintage synchronized tremolo bridge, vintage-style tuners, disc string tree, special 70th Anniversary Stratocaster neck plate, deluxe embroidered hardshell case, strap, and certificate of authenticity.
