Safety Instructions

Because of their design, multi-height plyo boxes are less stable than regular jump boxes. A standard single-height plyo box has a wide base and a smaller landing pad (like a flat top pyramid), providing natural stability to the item.

A multi-height plyo box is cuboid-shaped because height is controlled by flipping the box on its sides. Therefore, the higher the setting, the smaller the surface in contact with the ground.

Having this in mind, we recommend that:

• This item be used against a wall or sturdy surface

• This item be used on a carpeted or rubbered floor

• The user lands in the middle of the landing surface as much as possible (when jumping)
