What's not included

Our expert installers will not:

• Supply the stacking kit. Please ensure you buy the correct stacking kit for your appliance make and model.
• Stack a new washer or dryer onto an old washer or dryer.
• Remove and recycle your old washer or dryer (available for an additional fee).

• Clear a path from the street to the laundry room, making sure there are no obstacles in the way of stacking. 

Starting at $199.99. Our licensed experts will install pedestals beneath your new washer and dryer on the same day they're delivered. If you need us to haul away and recycle your existing laundry unit, we can do so on the installation day for $64.99.

• Provide pedestal(s).

Starting at $209.99. Our licensed experts will install your new gas dryer after the unit is delivered. If you need us to haul away and recycle your existing laundry unit, we can do so on the installation day for $64.99. Additional permit fees may apply. 

What’s included

Our expert installers will:

• Secure the necessary gas permit to comply with municipal bylaws/regulations. The gas-certified technician will collect permit fees at the time of installation. Please ensure you have a credit card available for secure payment.
• Properly connect gas lines and ventilation to the new appliance.
• Ensure the gas line is capped and free of leaks.
• Install anti-tip bracket.
• Install accessories, such as grates, racks, lint filters, etc.
• Test and monitor all functions, such as interior heating elements, controls, accessories, ventilation connections, etc.
• Remove and recycle all packaging from the new unit, along with any waste from installation.

What’s not included

Our installation experts will not:

• Make any required modifications to electrical or gas lines.
• Provide or install a shut-off valve if one is missing or faulty.
• Modify cabinetry, counters, and/or flooring to accommodate the installation.
• Cover the costs of permits to comply with building codes.
• Connect the gas dryer to a propane fuel source.
• Remove and recycle your existing unit (available for an additional fee).

Schedule your service

Once you've made your purchase online, we’ll call to confirm your delivery date. Quick Contractors, our third-party installation experts, will then email you a link to schedule an installation date.

You must book your installation service at least one day after your scheduled delivery date.

Help your installation go smoothly:

• Have the Home Delivery team place your new gas dryer in the laundry room or immediately across from the laundry closet. Our installation team will not move the unit from a different room to the installation location.
