If you have a Best Buy Canada account but forgot your password, you can easily reset it.

Simply follow these steps:

• Visit the “Forgot Your Password?” page.
• Enter the email address associated with your account, then press the “Send Link” button.
• A password reset link will be emailed to the address you provided.
• That link will take you to a page where you can change your account password.*

*For your security, we remove saved credit card information from your account when you create a new password.
