Best Buy Canada Store Re-opening Update, May 1

As provincial governments begin announcing their respective re-opening plans, Best Buy Canada is taking a phased approach to re-opening, increasing access to stores over time.

Our plans include:

• May 4: re-opening eight stores in Quebec (excluding Montreal) with our store-front pickup model
• Later in May, in accordance with government guidelines, re-opening 12 stores in Greater Montreal with our store-front pickup model

By mid-May, we will be offering expanded customer access in select stores in B.C. and Alberta. Customers will be able to access Mobile Activations, Geek Squad services, a dedicated returns area, pickup and general purchasing inside the front of the store while maintaining physical distancing.

All other stores across the country will remain in their current operating model for the time being. Information about store hours can be found in our Store Locator. Customer service updates can be found here.
