What you'll be teaching
Module #1 - Intro to Stop Motion
Stop motion animation is a technique that makes static (non-moving) objects look like they’re moving. This module introduces you to the basics of stop motion animation and explain the concept of frame rate.

Module #2 - Storyboards
The key to any great movie is an interesting plot (or storyline). In this module you will see how a storyboard can help with the creation of the animation by identifying characters, creating the plot, and framing shots.

Module #3 - Lights, Cameras, Action!
It’s time to start creating the animation. You will explore the initial steps like setting the scene, maintaining a consistent shooting position, choosing the right device settings, and using animation guides.

Module #4 - The Extras
The frames of the animation have all been captured, so now it’s time for some post-production fun. You'll explore the work that’s done after the filming has taken place like inserting audio (including music, dialogue, and sound effects), editing the video, and even adding special effects.
