The Puro Sound Labs journey started in 2014 with a simple goal in mind: provide customers a premium volume limiting headset at an affordable price to help combat Noise Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL). We focus on volume limiting headsets because more and more people are falling victim to hearing loss due to the use of personal audio devices. The concern is this is an entirely preventable condition, and most people are unaware of the risks associated with loud noises or environments. Because of this, we set out on a mission to create the world’s best volume limiting headsets that keep the user and their experience in mind. Our products incorporate some of the best features available in the headphone market, from high noise isolation and cancelation levels to our own Puro Balanced Response curve. This all gives the user a premium listening experience and is backed by a one-year warranty. We are based out of the USA and offer US based customer service.

Free standard shipping on all orders over $40 (before taxes, fees, and promo codes).
Processing Time
Most items ship within 2 business days after an order is placed*. Allow additional time for shipping to your address.
*Please note: If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, you'll be notified and a full refund will be processed within 2 business days.

Shipping is not available in the following areas*:

Please note we do not accept in-store returns for Marketplace products.
