MotionGrey is a Vancouver-based company, focused on providing an ergonomic solution to a present-day society that spends the vast majority of time in front of computers. Our founding core values are quality, service, and price. In essence, we believe that if we are able to provide the highest quality product at the best price, all the while having a front-line customer service that actively helps to serve our customers, we would undoubtedly succeed. Starting out as an ergonomic chair company, we designed and launched three models of our high back office chairs: High Mesh and Guardian Series. The goal was to provide the right ergonomic solution depending on the user's height and weight. We soon realized that as ergonomic as a chair can be, sitting for 8 hours a day will still put a strain on a user's health. We then went on to expand into our MotionGrey Series of Dual Motor Standing Desk. With both launches having been a huge success, we are constantly working towards designing a better solution for end-users in their everyday lives at work or at home.

Shipping Charges
Free standard shipping may be available on orders over a minimum amount (before taxes, fees, and promo codes). Shipping charges may vary based on item size and your shipping address. Want a shipping charge estimate? Simply add an item to your cart, then access the cart and enter your postal code in the shipping estimate section.
Processing Time
Most items ship within 2 business days after an order is placed*. Allow additional time for shipping to your address.
*Please note: If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, you'll be notified and a full refund will be processed within 2 business days.
Shipping Area Restrictions
Shipping is not available in the following areas*:
  • No restrictions in Canada

To review a specific return policy for a product, simply select the ‘Seller Return Policy’ tab on the product page, under the product details tab.

Please note we do not accept in-store returns for Marketplace products.

  • It must be unassembled and still in the original packaging
  • Return shipping costs will be paid by the seller for all cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
