RETURNS: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the products are unused/unworn. However, for hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings. JEWELRY CARE: Here are some simple tips to keep your jewelry looking bright, shiny, and in good condition: -Wipe the jewelry after use with the soft cotton cloth provided. -Never spray perfume/cologne directly on jewelry. -Avoid using hair spray while wearing jewelry. -Remove jewelry before applying lotion or sun block. -Never shower or swim wearing the jewelry and generally avoid any contact with water. -Never wear your jewelry in the pool, spa, hot tub or sauna. (Please be very careful, as chlorine used in swimming pools will permanently damage jewelry.) -Avoid sleeping with your jewelry on.
