RETURNS: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the products are unused/unworn. However, for hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings. WARRANTY: JohnnyB Jewelry products have a 30-day warranty on manufacturer defects. We take pride in our products and we want to ensure that you are taken care of. JOHNNYB JEWELRY BRAND: We sell across the USA, Canada and Australia. JEWELRY CARE: Here are some simple tips to keep your jewelry looking bright, shiny, and in good condition: -Wipe the jewelry after use with the soft cotton cloth provided. -Never spray perfume/cologne directly on jewelry. -Avoid using hair spray while wearing jewelry. -Remove jewelry before applying lotion or sun block. -Never shower or swim wearing the jewelry and generally avoid any contact with water. -Never wear your jewelry in the pool, spa, hot tub or sauna. (Please be very careful, as chlorine used in swimming pools will permanently damage jewelry.) -Avoid sleeping with your jewelry on.

Shipping Charges
Free standard shipping may be available on orders over a minimum amount (before taxes, fees, and promo codes). Shipping charges may vary based on item size and your shipping address. Processing Time
Most items ship within 2 business days after an order is placed*. Allow additional time for shipping to your address.
*Please note: If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, you'll be notified and a full refund will be processed within 2 business days.
