This protection plan is available for pre-paid cell phones. If your product is found defective under normal usage, you’ll get a gift card for the original purchase price, including taxes. Use the Self-Service Portal to make a Service Request and we’ll provide a shipping label. As soon as we receive your tech, we’ll email the gift card.

We take care of important repairs your manufacturer warranty doesn’t, like physical damage, failure due to a power surge, and if something goes wrong after the warranty ends.Keep in mind, throughout your plan, even during the warranty period, we facilitate Service Requests on your behalf. At Best Buy we are manufacturer authorized to fix most brands.
