Best Buy Replacement Plan.
This protection plan is available for select products. If your product is found defective under normal usage, you’ll get a gift card for the original purchase price, including taxes. Use the Self-Service Portal to make a Service Request and we’ll provide a shipping label. As soon as we receive your tech, we’ll email the gift card.
How does it work with the manufacture warranty?
We take care of important repairs your manufacturer warranty doesn’t, like failure due to a power surge, and if something goes wrong after the manufacturer warranty ends.
Keep in mind, throughout your plan duration, even during the manufacture warranty period, we facilitate Service Requests on your behalf. At Best Buy we are manufacturer authorized to fix most devices.
