1. On the payment page in checkout, enter your gift card number and 4-digit PIN in the gift card section, and select “Apply.” You can apply up to 2 gift cards per order. 
2. If your gift cards don’t cover your order total, you can pay the balance with your credit card or PayPal account. 
3. Keep your redeemed gift cards until you receive your order.

You can purchase gift cards of up to $500 per card, to a maximum of $2,000 per transaction.

Call us at 1-866-237-8289. If you have a valid proof of purchase for the gift card, we’ll replace the remaining balance from that gift card.

If you have a The Source gift card with a balance remaining, you can transfer the balance over to a new Best Buy eGift card. To transfer your balance, call 1-866-515-5855 and an agent will assist you. Once you've transferred your balance to a Best Buy eGift card, you can use it online and at any Best Buy Express or Best Buy store.
