Fitness Equipment Scheduled Delivery

We offer different delivery services depending on where you live and the type of domicile you reside in.

Read below for full details on cost, scheduling, and preparing for when the delivery arrives.

Delivery cost and scheduling by location

Major urban and greater surrounding areas

Scheduled delivery costs $79.99 per delivery. You'll be able to schedule a preferred delivery date during checkout.


Remote areas

The delivery cost will vary based on your location, and will be calculated based on the shipping address you enter for delivery. Once you've placed your order, one of our delivery partners will call you within 7 days to schedule a delivery date.

  • Air delivery fees: Some remote areas require air delivery. When you make your purchase, we will not yet know if air delivery will be necessary or what the fees will be. The need for air delivery will only be known during the shipment process, at which point you will be contacted and given the option to pay the air delivery fee or cancel your order. If you don't respond within 48 hours, your order will automatically be cancelled.

Quebec residents

There is no charge for scheduled delivery in both urban and remote areas across the province of Quebec. However, if air delivery is required for a remote delivery, you will be contacted and given the option to pay the air delivery fee or cancel your order.


P.O. Boxes

Due to carrier restrictions, we cannot deliver large items to P.O. box addresses.


Delivery of bulk orders (7 or more large items)

If your order includes 7 or more large items, the cost of delivery may be adjusted to account for the bulk shipment. The cost of bulk order delivery will only be known during the shipment process. If the cost is different than what you originally paid, you will be contacted and notified, and you'll be given the option to pay the added delivery cost or to cancel your order.


Specific room delivery (add-on service)

Available in select areas within Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, Ottawa, and Montreal

After you schedule your delivery, you'll also have the option of requesting the equipment be delivered to a specific room in your home, including an upstairs and downstairs floors.

This add-on service is free of charge, and can only be booked after you schedule your delivery during checkout.

Changing your fitness equipment's scheduled delivery date

You can reschedule your fitness equipment's delivery date up to 2 days before your original scheduled delivery date. 

To do so, contact us with your order number handy. You can find your order number:

  • In the subject line of your order confirmation email.
  • In your My Best Buy account's Order History (if you placed the order from your My Best Buy or Best Buy account).

How to prepare for your fitness equipment's delivery

Before our delivery partner arrives at your residence with your fitness equipment, please ensure that:

  • A person who is 18 years or older is available to accept your delivery during your scheduled time window.
  • The delivery path is clear of any obstacles*.

*For major urban areas, please make sure your driveway, walkways, and home are clear of obstacles so our delivery partner can successfully deliver your equipment.


What to expect when your fitness equipment arrives

Our delivery team can assist you in a few ways:

  • Most major urban areas: Our delivery team will take the cardio equipment to the room of your choice on the main floor of your home, provided there are no obstacles. If there are obstacles preventing delivery to the room of your choice, we’ll leave the item as close as possible to this room.
    If, to reach your home's main floor, you have to ascend or descend a flight of stairs, our team can only deliver your item to where the stairs begin.
  • Remote areas: Fitness equipment can only be delivered curbside (where the driveway meets the street).
  • Apartments or condos: If you have an elevator, we’ll take the item up to your home. If your building doesn’t have an elevator, we’ll drop off the item on the main floor.

Delivery doesn’t include unboxing or assembly of the cardio equipment. If you need help assembling or installing your fitness equipment, please call us at the phone number in your confirmation email to buy the Quick Contractors fitness equipment assembly service.

If you notice any defects in your fitness equipment, or if you're looking for replacement parts, you will need to contact the manufacturer. 

Specific room delivery (add-on service)
For select postal codes within Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, Ottawa, and Montreal, we can deliver your equipment up or down stairs to the room of your choice. This add-on service is free of charge, and can only be booked after you schedule your delivery during checkout. To book this service, contact us.
