Here's how it works:

Place your pickup order online.

We’ll email you to confirm your order has been received. If more than 90 minutes have passed and you still haven’t received your email confirmation, be sure to check your junk folder as it may have ended up in the wrong place. Keep in mind, during the holidays some orders may take longer than usual to process.

Wait for your "Ready to Pick Up" email.

We'll let you know when your order is ready for pickup, so you know when to head to the store.

Pick up your order.

You or your pickup person (selected during checkout) can pick up your order at the store. Please bring your order notification email and 2 pieces of ID.

We’ll hold your item at your chosen pickup store for 3 business days. Your method of payment will only be charged once you pick up your item.

If you change your mind, or you or your pickup person can't come to the store, don’t worry, you can cancel your order and your method of payment will not be charged.
