TV Scheduled Delivery
If you’re purchasing a large TV (60" and larger) and you need it delivered to your home, you can add scheduled delivery to your order. For more information, please read our guide below. Once you're ready, start shopping for a new TV.
Delivery cost and scheduling by location
Major urban and greater surrounding areas
Scheduled delivery costs $49.99 per delivery. You'll be able to schedule a preferred delivery date during checkout.
Remote areas
The delivery cost will vary based on your location, and will be calculated based on the shipping address you enter for delivery. Once you've placed your order, one of our delivery partners will call you within 7 days to schedule a delivery date.
- Air delivery fees: Some remote areas require air delivery. When you make your purchase, we will not yet know if air delivery will be necessary or what the fees will be. The need for air delivery will only be known during the shipment process, at which point you will be contacted and given the option to pay the air delivery fee or cancel your order. If you don't respond within 48 hours, your order will automatically be cancelled.
Quebec residents
There is no charge for scheduled delivery in both urban and remote areas across the province of Quebec. However, if air delivery is required for a remote delivery, you will be contacted and given the option to pay the air delivery fee or cancel your order.
P.O. Boxes
Due to carrier restrictions, we cannot deliver large items to P.O. box addresses.
Delivery of bulk orders (7 or more large items)
If your order includes 7 or more large items, the cost of delivery may be adjusted to account for the bulk shipment. The cost of bulk order delivery will only be known during the shipment process. If the cost is different than what you originally paid, you will be contacted and notified, and you'll be given the option to pay the added delivery cost or to cancel your order.
Changing your TV's scheduled delivery date
You can reschedule your TV's delivery date up to 2 days before your original scheduled delivery date.
To do so, contact us with your order number handy. You can find your order number:
- In the subject line of your order confirmation email.
- In your My Best Buy account's Order History (if you placed the order from your My Best Buy or Best Buy account).
How to prepare for your TV's delivery
Before our delivery partner arrives to your residence with your new TV, please ensure that:
- A person who is 18 years or older is available to accept your delivery during your scheduled time window.
- The delivery path is clear of any obstacles*.
- Any old TVs are unplugged from the wall and disconnected from any other components**.
*Does not apply to remote deliveries as our delivery partners are only able to deliver your TV to the door.
**Please note that our delivery partners will not disconnect your old TV from wall mounts or stands. They also do not provide any installations.
When your TV arrives
When our delivery partner arrives with your TV, they will open the box to allow you to inspect your new TV.
Please note that our delivery partners cannot plug your TV into a power source or turn it on. Additionally, they cannot disconnect your old TV from wall mounts or stands, and they cannot provide any installations. If you do require installation, please contact 1-800-433-5778.
